I placed an order for silk ribbon and paid express delivery on a Thursday. By Monday, it still looked like UPS didn’t have the order, which I thought odd. I inquired about the order, and Ben told me he dropped it off Friday, and it looked like UPS still hadn’t scanned it in. Instead of making me wait on UPS, he sent out another order thru DHL in hopes that I would receive it faster, or at all. He told me if both orders arrived, that I didn’t need to return one. That is excellent customer service right there, and I highly recommend this company for your silk ribbon needs. He truly saved me getting my daughter’s orders out on time.
